These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zone Clash (the "Game") provided by Gravitilabs ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except as permitted by law; (b) cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized software, or tamper with gameplay or purchases; (c) disrupt other players or our systems; (d) use the Game unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access and remove progress for violations.
3. Virtual items & currency
The Game includes virtual items and currencies (e.g. gold, gems, weapons). These have no real-world value, are licensed not sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may add, modify, balance, or remove items at any time. Virtual items are forfeited if your access is terminated for a breach of these Terms.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or the relevant store's policy, purchases are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
5. Advertising
The Game may display advertising. Rewarded ads are optional and player-initiated. Purchasing ad removal or VIP disables interstitial ads.
6. Updates
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or features at any time. Some features require the latest version.
7. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
