Refund Policy

All purchases in Zone Clash are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled by those stores under their respective policies, not directly by us.

1. How to request a refund

• Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google Play: request a refund via your Google Play account or the Play Help Center.

2. Virtual items

Virtual items and currency are consumed within the Game, have no monetary value, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy.

If a purchase did not deliver correctly, contact [email protected] with your store receipt and we will help investigate.
