This Privacy Policy explains how Gravitilabs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Zone Clash (the "Game") on iOS and Android. We designed Zone Clash to need as little personal data as possible: you do not create an account, and we never ask for your name, email, or password to play.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run, improve, and monetize the Game:
- Device & advertising identifiers — such as your device's advertising ID (IDFA/GAID), used to serve and measure ads.
- Gameplay & app-usage data — matches played, progression, settings, and in-app events used to operate the Game and improve balance and stability.
- Purchase records — confirmation that an in-app purchase occurred, so we can deliver your items. Payment itself is processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or bank details.
- Approximate region — derived from your device locale/region (e.g. country code) to localize content and leaderboards.
- Technical/diagnostic data — device model, OS version, and crash/performance data to fix problems.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone/camera data.
2. How we use information
- To run the Game and your progression, settings, and leaderboards;
- To display and measure advertising;
- To process and deliver in-app purchases;
- To analyze usage and improve gameplay, balance, and stability;
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, abuse, and technical issues;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Advertising
Zone Clash shows advertising provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may use your advertising identifier and ad-interaction data to deliver and measure ads, including limited personalization where permitted. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). On iOS, where required, we request permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Purchasing the ad-removal product or VIP disables interstitial advertising.
4. In-app purchases
The Game offers optional in-app purchases (e.g. gold, gems, bundles, and a VIP subscription). Transactions are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only the information needed to grant your purchase. Refunds are governed by the applicable store's policies.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:
- Advertising partners (Google AdMob) to serve and measure ads;
- App stores (Apple, Google) to process purchases and, optionally, Game Center / Play Games leaderboards;
- Service providers that help us operate the Game (e.g. crash/analytics tooling), bound by confidentiality;
- Authorities where required by law.
6. Storage & retention
Your game progress is stored primarily on your device. Aggregate or pseudonymous analytics and ad data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Uninstalling the Game removes locally stored progress.
7. Security
Data transmitted by the Game uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). While no method is 100% secure, we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
8. Children
Zone Clash is rated Teen and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. See our Children's Privacy Notice.
9. Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing. Because we don't hold account-identified data, the most effective controls are on your device (reset advertising ID, manage tracking, uninstall to delete local data). 10. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-Game notice.
