This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for players in the European Union, European Economic Area, and United Kingdom, under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

2. Categories of data

Advertising identifiers, gameplay/usage data, purchase confirmations, approximate region, and technical/diagnostic data, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not collect your name, email, or precise location.

3. Purposes & legal bases

• Provide the Game (progression, settings, leaderboards) — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
• Personalized advertising — your consent, requested via the ad SDK's consent flow (and Apple ATT on iOS). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Non-personalized advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention — legitimate interests.
• Purchases — performance of a contract.
• Legal compliance — legal obligation.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. Because we don't maintain account-identified profiles, the most effective controls are on your device (reset advertising ID, withdraw ad consent, uninstall to delete local data).

5. International transfers

Where data is processed outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

7. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. your national Data Protection Authority, or the UK ICO).
