Terms of Use
These Terms are between you and TABA TASARIM İNŞAAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, operating as Graviti Labs, Şehit Şakir Elkovan Cad. No:3, Ataşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). By installing or playing Mafia Clash (the "Game") you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.
1. Licence
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from. On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these Terms, Apple's agreement prevails for iOS users.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the Game or its assets, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notice in the Game.
- Use the Game or its content for any commercial purpose without our written permission.
3. The content
Mafia Clash is a work of fiction set in 1928. All organisations, characters and events are invented; real city names are used as period settings only. The Game depicts stylised violence and is intended for players aged 12 and over.
4. Price, ads and purchases
The current version is free to download, shows no advertising and contains no in-app purchases. In-game cash, weapons and upgrades have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
5. Updates
We may update the Game to fix problems, add content or change features. Some content shown as "coming later" may change or be withdrawn. Your progress is stored on your device; uninstalling the Game deletes it.
6. Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, music, sound, text and names, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. "Mafia Clash" and "Graviti Labs" are our brands.
7. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in its courts.
