Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Mafia Clash (the "Game") is published under the brand Graviti Labs by TABA TASARIM İNŞAAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, operating as Graviti Labs, Şehit Şakir Elkovan Cad. No:3, Ataşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected], attention Tahsin Bayraktar.
2. What we do not collect
There is no Mafia Clash account, no login, no username and no social sign-in. The Game never asks for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not request access to your camera, microphone, location or contacts.
3. What stays on your device

The Game contains no code that sends this data anywhere. We cannot see it, and we have no server that receives it.
4. Advertising and purchases
The current version shows no advertising and contains no in-app purchases. It does not read your device's advertising identifier (IDFA / Android Advertising ID) and does not track you across apps or websites. If a future version adds optional rewarded ads or purchases, this policy and the store listings will be updated before that version is released, and you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
5. Third parties
The Game includes no third-party analytics, advertising, attribution or crash-reporting SDK. Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) distribute the Game and process your download under their own privacy policies; if you choose to share crash reports or diagnostics with developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may pass anonymised crash reports to us.
6. Children
The Game is rated for teens (12+ / Teen) because of stylised violence and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
7. Deleting your data
Everything the Game stores is on your device. You can erase it at any time from OPTIONS → RESET SAVE in the Game, or by uninstalling the Game. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing further for us to delete.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and similar laws you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. As we do not collect or hold personal data about you, we will generally have nothing to provide, but you are always welcome to ask us at [email protected].
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date. Material changes (for example, the introduction of advertising) will be reflected in the store listings before the corresponding version is released.
