Common questions

Do I need an internet connection?

No. Mafia Clash is a single-player game and plays fully offline.

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

No. The current version has no advertising, no in-app purchases, no energy meter and no timers.

How do I move my progress to a new phone?

Progress is stored only on the device you play on; there is no cloud save or account yet, so it cannot be transferred. Device backups (iCloud / Google backup) may restore it together with the app.

How do I start over?

Open OPTIONS → RESET SAVE. This erases all progress on the device and cannot be undone.

The controls are on the wrong side for me.

OPTIONS has a left-handed mode that moves the weapon, ACE and crew buttons to the left.

There is no sound.

On iPhone, check the silent switch / Action button and the media volume. Headphones are recommended.

The game runs slowly or my phone gets warm.

The game picks a quality level from your device's memory automatically. Closing other apps and letting the phone cool helps. If it keeps happening, email us your device model.

When do Vegas and Miami open?

They arrive in later updates. Your crew, weapons and ledger carry over.

How do I delete my data?

All data is on your device: use RESET SAVE or uninstall the game. We hold no copy. See the Privacy Policy.
