End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Gravitilabs for the Zone Clash software application and all updates and content (the "Software").
1. Grant
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software on devices you own or control, in accordance with the app store rules and these terms.
2. Restrictions
You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software; circumvent technical protections; or use it to develop a competing product. You may not use the Software except as permitted by these terms and applicable law.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property. Art assets are used under their respective licenses (including CC0 assets where applicable).
4. App Store terms
If you obtained the Software from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Gravitilabs only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the Software or its support; and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce this EULA. Similar terms apply to Google Play.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and delete the Software.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability as described in our Terms of Service.
