OKEYTO support
One address, answered by the people who made the game. There is no ticket system and no chatbot, because there is no server behind OKEYTO at all.

What to include
A first message with these five things almost always gets a real answer instead of a follow-up question:
- Device and OS — for example "iPhone 13, iOS 18.4" or "Samsung A54, Android 14".
- Game version — open Settings (the gear at the top right of the map) and scroll to the bottom of the card; the line reads
OKEYTO Version 1.0.0above our address. - Level number if it happened in a level, and the objective shown on the bar.
- What you expected and what happened instead, in one or two sentences.
- A screenshot if anything looked wrong on screen.
For a purchase problem, add the store receipt or order number from Apple or Google. We cannot look your purchase up — we have no record of it — so the receipt is what lets us tell you what went wrong.
Answers to the usual questions
I paid and the coins never arrived
- Close the game completely and reopen it. A purchase that was taken but not delivered is replayed on the next launch, which fixes most of these.
- If it is still missing, open Settings → Restore Purchases.
- Still nothing? Email us with the store receipt. Apple and Google handle the money, so if the item cannot be delivered the refund has to come from them — reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history.
How do I cancel Okey Club?
In the store, not in the game. Deleting OKEYTO does not cancel a subscription.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → OKEYTO → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → OKEYTO → Cancel.
Your benefits run until the end of the period you have already paid for.
I got a new phone — can I move my progress?
Not directly. OKEYTO has no accounts and no cloud save, so progress is a file in the app's private storage on the device you played on. A platform-level backup and restore (iCloud or Google backup, or a device-to-device transfer) carries app data across for many people, but it is the platform's mechanism, not ours, and we cannot recover a save that did not come with it.
An active Okey Club subscription is held by the store, not by us, so Settings → Restore Purchases will bring that back on the new device.
The “watch a video” button is missing, or the ad is not available
Rewarded video is the only advertising in OKEYTO and it is always optional, so the button simply hides rather than showing an error. It is hidden when:
- the device is offline, or the ad network has nothing to show right now;
- you declined the advertising consent form, or tracking on iOS, and no ad can be served;
- you are inside the short cooldown after the last one;
- you have reached a daily limit — free coins, extra lives and level continues each have their own allowance, under one overall cap for the day.
None of these ever block game content. Waiting, or coming back tomorrow, restores the offer.
How do I change my advertising consent?
Where the European consent form applies, Settings → Privacy options reopens it so you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. On iOS you can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and on Android you can reset the advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. The Privacy Policy explains what is processed and by whom.
How do I delete my game data?
Settings → Delete Save Data, or delete the app. There is no account to close, because there never was one. The delete your data page walks through exactly what each option erases and what it leaves behind.
The game is too flashy / too loud / in the wrong language
All four live in Settings, reached from the gear at the top right of the map:
- Reduce flashing suppresses the full-screen flashes.
- Music and Sound are separate sliders, either can go to silent.
- Haptics can be switched off entirely.
- EN / TR switches the whole game between English and Turkish.
I can't tell the tile colours apart
You should not have to. Every Okey colour carries its own shape under the numeral — red a circle, blue a rounded square, black a diamond, yellow a triangle — and the same shape is used on the "collect this colour" objective chip, so a Run can be read by shape alone. If a particular tile skin is still hard to read, tell us which one and on what device; that is a bug we want.
Where is the leaderboard of real players?
There isn't one. The Weekly Okey Cup and the Okey Rush table are played out on your device against computer rivals. We would rather say that plainly than let a fake ranking imply an online game that does not exist.
Can I get a refund?
We never receive your payment, so we cannot refund it. Request it from the store that took it: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or Google Play → order history → Report a problem. Your statutory consumer rights in the EU, the UK and Türkiye are unaffected; see section 6 of the Terms of Use.
Reporting a bug or a bad level
Something broke
Tell us the level number and what you did just before it. Levels are generated from their number, so level 137 is identical for everyone — which means a bug you hit on it is one we can reproduce exactly.
A level feels unfair
Send the number and how many moves you had left when you ran out. Difficulty is tuned from simulated play, and a real player getting stuck where the model says they should not is the most useful message we get.
