OKEYTO

Delete your OKEYTO data

There is no account to close. OKEYTO has no login, no profile on any server of ours, and no cloud save. Everything the game knows about you is a file inside the app's private storage on your own device — so deleting your data is something you do on the device, and it takes about ten seconds.

The short answer

Settings → Delete Save Data, or delete the app

The first wipes your progress and starts a new profile with the app still installed. The second removes everything the game ever wrote, including your settings. Both are explained in full below, along with the three things neither of them touches.

Option 1 — erase the save from inside the game

Best when you want a clean start, or want to hand the phone to someone else with OKEYTO still on it.

  1. Open Settings

Tap the gear at the top right of the level map.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the card

Past the sliders and the switches, past Restore Purchases, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Credits.

  3. Tap the red Delete Save Data

In Turkish the same button reads Kayıtları Sil.

  4. Confirm

A confirmation asks once more — "Delete all progress? This cannot be undone." Confirm it and the game returns to the splash screen and starts a brand-new profile.

Erased immediately

  • The save file, its backup copy and its temporary copy, deleted from the app's private storage
  • Level progress, stars, current level and every unlocked area
  • Coins, lives, XP and player level, win streaks and best streak
  • Hammers, arrows, cannons, shuffles and pre-level boosters
  • Owned tile skins — the game reverts to Classic Ivory
  • Tea-house rooms and everything you furnished
  • Daily reward day, wheel spins, quests, achievements, chests, Weekly Cup score
  • Okey Pass progress and its premium track
  • Piggy-bank contents and the whole coin-transaction log
  • Lifetime statistics and the tutorial-completed flag
  • The stored transaction identifiers, the pending-purchase list and the rewarded-video daily counters
  • The record that the ad-consent form and the tracking prompt were already answered
  • The "you have already seen this tip" flags for the tutorial cards

Deliberately kept

  • Music volume
  • Sound-effects volume
  • Language (English or Turkish)
  • Haptics on or off
  • The reduce-flashing setting

These five are carried over on purpose: they are accessibility and comfort choices, not progress, and nobody wants to re-mute a game they just reset. None of them says anything about who you are. If you want them gone too, use option 2.

This cannot be undone, and purchases do not come back. Coins, boosters, tile skins and a premium Okey Pass you paid for are consumable items: once the save is gone, there is no record anywhere that they were delivered, and we cannot restore them because we never had a copy. An active subscription is the one exception — the store holds that, so Settings → Restore Purchases brings Okey Club back.

Because the game also forgets that you answered the advertising consent form, it may ask again the next time an ad surface appears. Your operating system keeps its own separate record of the iOS tracking answer, and resetting the game does not change that.

Option 2 — delete the app

The complete erasure. Removes the save, the retained settings and every flag the game ever wrote.

iPhone and iPad

  1. Touch and hold the OKEYTO icon on the Home Screen.
  2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App, then Delete.

Or: iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → OKEYTO → Delete App. Note that "Offload App" keeps the data — choose Delete, not Offload.

Android

  1. Touch and hold the OKEYTO icon, then tap Uninstall.
  2. Or: Android Settings → Apps → OKEYTO → Uninstall.

To wipe the data without losing the app, use Settings → Apps → OKEYTO → Storage → Clear storage instead.

Check your device backup as well. If iCloud Backup or Google's app-data backup was on, a copy of the save may still be inside a backup of your phone, and restoring that backup later can bring it back. That copy is held by Apple or Google under their terms, not ours; delete or exclude the backup in your platform's settings if you want it gone from there too.

Three things neither option touches

1. An Okey Club subscription

Deleting the game does not cancel it and does not stop the billing. Cancel it where you bought it: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Do this before you delete the app, or you will have to go looking for it afterwards.

2. Your advertising identifier

The advertising ID belongs to your operating system, not to OKEYTO, and outlives any app. Reset or delete it in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track") or Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. What an ad provider does with it when you choose to watch a rewarded video is set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. Records held by Apple or Google

Your purchase history sits with the store that took the payment. We never receive it and cannot delete it. Use Apple's or Google's own privacy tools for that.

Asking us to delete something

You are welcome to write to us, and we will answer — but we want to be straight about what we would be deleting. We hold no copy of your save, no account record, no email address, no device identifier and no analytics. There is no database with your name in it, because there is no database. A deletion request therefore ends with us pointing you back to the two options above.

If you still want a written answer, or you think we have something you did not expect us to have, email [email protected] — Graviti Labs, attention Tahsin Bayraktar. We reply within 30 days, as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK require.

Your other rights — access, correction, objection — are described in section 13 of the Privacy Policy.
