By installing or using Agapi (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is operated by TABA TASARIM İNŞAAT A.Ş., Şehit Şekir Elkovan Cad., Ataşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye 34770, tax ID 7300363271 ("we", "us"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Agapi is a coaching companion. It offers AI-generated reflections, perspective, and language to help you think about your close relationships. Agapi is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Its responses are not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a licensed mental health professional immediately.
Agapi Live is an optional real-time, voice-driven video feature in which you converse with an AI character shown as an animated avatar. The avatar is generated by artificial intelligence — it is not a real person, not a licensed professional, and not a substitute for human relationships or professional care. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintentional. Agapi Live is provided for reflection, practice, and companionship in a general wellness sense only, and everything in this Section 2 applies to it equally. You must not rely on anything Agapi or Agapi Live says as professional advice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Agapi. By using the App you represent that you are 18+.
You may use Agapi as a guest (without an account) or sign in with Apple, Google, or an email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard them.
Agapi offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Plus, Pro, and Captain, billed monthly or yearly), each unlocking the full app plus a monthly allowance of Agapi Live HD video-call minutes, as well as consumable add-ons (credit packs and Agapi Live minute top-up packs). All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store under Apple's terms; we never see your payment-card number.

Agapi Live may decline, redirect, or end a conversation that breaches these rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate them.
You retain ownership of the content you input. You grant us a limited license to process that content in order to provide the service. We never use your content to train AI models. We never sell or share your content for advertising. Encryption and retention policies are described in our Privacy Policy.
If our safety classifier detects acute distress, self-harm risk, intimate-partner violence, or other crisis content in your messages, the App will replace Agapi's response with calm crisis-routing UI surfacing country-mapped helplines. This is a safety feature; the classifier is not infallible, and you remain responsible for seeking appropriate help.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our directors, employees, or vendors are liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty Turkish Lira, whichever is greater.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated text, voice, and video may contain errors, omissions, or culturally inappropriate framing. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on Agapi's output.
Agapi Live avatars and voices are AI-generated and do not depict, represent, or endorse any real person; they are licensed for use in the App and any resemblance to a real individual is unintentional. Your voice during Agapi Live is processed only to power the conversation in real time and is never used for biometric identification, voiceprinting, or profiling. Agapi Live requires a network connection and a working microphone; call quality depends on your connection, and your carrier's data charges may apply.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. On termination, your data is purged within 30 days per our retention policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app and via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
