VitaCircle Terms of Use

VitaCircle organises a prescription somebody else already wrote. It is an organiser and a reminder, not a doctor, and the two paragraphs below matter more than anything else on this page.
- VitaCircle does not give medical advice. It transcribes and organises what is printed on a label.
- Never change a dose because of anything this app shows you. Ask a pharmacist or a doctor.
- Reminders, scanning, refill and expiry warnings and the daily check-in are free.
- The Family Plan is a subscription. It renews until you cancel, and you cancel it in Settings.
What VitaCircle is
VitaCircle reads medication labels you photograph, records what they say, and reminds you when a dose is due. Every schedule it builds comes from a prescription a clinician has already written. It does not diagnose, it does not recommend a medicine, and it does not decide a dose.
What VitaCircle is not
It is not a medical device and it is not a substitute for professional advice. Label reading is automated and can be wrong — a worn, curved or glare-hit label may be misread. Check what the app recorded against the box. Where the app is not confident, it says so and asks you to set the schedule yourself rather than guessing.
Information about side effects is drawn from published sources and is shown for reference. If a symptom worries you, contact a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Reminders
Reminders are local notifications on your device. They can be delayed or missed for reasons outside our control — the device being off, silenced, out of battery, in a focus mode, or with notifications turned off. Do not rely on VitaCircle as the only safeguard for a dose that matters.
The Family Plan
The Family Plan is an auto-renewing subscription offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically at the standard price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Everything needed to take medication safely stays free: scanning, reminders, refill and expiry warnings, and the daily check-in. The plan adds the written weekly summary in your own language and a medication list you can send or print for an appointment.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We cannot issue a refund directly. Write to us and we will help you with the request.
Your responsibilities
Use VitaCircle only for a person whose medication you are entitled to help manage. Keep the information you enter accurate, and check it after scanning. Do not use the app in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Privacy
Your medication list and dose history stay on your device. What is collected and what is not is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
VitaCircle is provided as it is, without warranty. To the fullest extent the law allows, Graviti Labs is not liable for loss arising from use of the app, including a missed, duplicated or mistimed dose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app.
