Delete your Agapi account & data
Agapi: Relationship Coach (by Graviti Labs) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time — directly in the app, in one tap.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Agapi and sign in
- Go to Settings → Support → Delete account
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.
By email
Can't access the app? Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete my account". We complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identity (including Firebase authentication)
- All conversations and messages (stored encrypted) and voice-call transcripts
- Memory, insights (İçgörüler), preferences, and profile details
- Purchase records held by us (store receipts remain with Google/Apple per their policies)
Retention
Deletion is immediate in our live systems. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days. We keep no ads or tracking data — we never collected any.
